Podcasts are audio files (mp3 format) you can downloaded to your computer (which just takes a couple of mouse clicks – try downloading the free “Structure and Action” podcast to see how easy it is). Windows users can play these files in Media Player while Apple users can play them in Quicktime. You can also load audio files into music players or mobile phones from your computer, since these will normally play mp3 format files.
