What people are saying about our products
Theory and Methods
“If there is just one video you can have, make sure it's this one. It’s a superb resource… and my students certainly reacted very positively... When you can present complex ideas in a way in which students can grasp them without compromising the integrity of the ideas themselves, that is quality education. This video pack has quality written all over it and you simply must get a copy.”
Mark Kirby, Social Science Teacher
Global Conflict
““These DVDs provide real life examples of different types of conflict at a range of scales. They are particularly helpful in examining the social, economic and environmental impacts of conflict. I don’t know of any other resource on the market that includes, in one place, all the aspects needed for the A2 course we follow.” ”
Helen Nurton, Assistant Headteacher, Guildford County School
Paul Willis - Learning to Labour
“Willis discusses his research in an enthusiastic and stimulating way, providing at the same time a number of interesting insights into the research process (in particular, the strengths of ethnographic forms of research)”
Chris Livesey, Sociology Central
